Who are we?

    Lower Earley Baptist Church is a lively, growing family church located right in the heart of Lower Earley. Founded in 1989 we used to meet in the Maiden Place Community Centre but in November 2009 we moved into our new church building.

  We would describe our church as friendly and welcoming. Sunday services include contemporary worship, opportunities for prayer and engaging bible studies. Children and young people are catered for with their own Sunday Club.  People join our chuch from a wide range of backgrounds. We have an 'open membership' and encourage Christians to be baptised.

In addition to our regular events we also hold Celebration evenings, Easter, summer and Christmas activities and a wide range of varied social events often involving food at some point!  We look forward to welcoming you to one of our services.
